The reach of the Internet connection is not spread evenly across the regions of the world. In fact, there are some countries that are considered to have access to the internet connection is very weak.
Google even more incentive to extend the reach of its Web-air balloon project through the Project Loon to remote areas. This time Google visited Loon Project Sri Lanka as a country that is judged to have very limited internet access.
Loon project itself will give priority to countries with difficult Internet access in order to get a fast internet connection and stable. The project has been running since the year 2013.
Project Loon using a hot-air balloon flying at a certain height that has been set by Google. Air balloon will be tested first for two years. If successful then Google will improve the Wi-Fi modem connections are embedded in the air balloon.
Loon Project development team explained that the balloon has a Wi-Fi modem with super speed will be able to send signals to the ground. The signal will provide a fast internet connection even to rural locations.
Google will release air balloon Loon Project until March 2016. According to information reported by Endgadget, Friday (31/07/2015), Google will fly more than one balloon that will fly within 100 days.
Google uses a system of calculation algorithms to determine the direction the balloon flew. When flying balloons will form the Internet network in the form of hot spots from the air that could provide faster Internet access, even claimed to be faster than the 3G technology.
